The court has examined the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus presented to the clerk of this court by the above-named petitioner together with a Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the required affidavit. It appears therefrom that the petitioner was found guilty on March 17, 1975, after a trial by the court without a jury of the crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor in violation of 47 O.S. § 11-902 in case No. CRM-74-3211, District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
