ROYAL, District Judge.

Currently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. [Doc. 25]. This employment discrimination action was brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e, et. seq., and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 1986. Herein, Plaintiff Susan Brantley complains that she was subjected to a racially hostile work environment while employed by Defendants, that her supervisors were made aware of the hostile environment but failed to take any meaningful action to remedy it, and that she eventually…
