The Woodburn Banking Company is the trade name under which a private bank was operated in Clarke County, Iowa. Appellant, Reinig, is receiver of said bank. On the 19th day of March, 1924, appellees Ed Johnson and Lilia Johnson executed and delivered to the cashier of said bank their promissory note in the sum of $2,000, and as security therefor executed and delivered to said cashier a certain chattel mort- * gage.
