MEMORANDUM DECISION

OP ALA, Justice:

This cause is reached for consideration of appellee’s petition for certiorari to the Court of Appeals, Div. 1. Upon examination of the record and of the instruments on file, certiorari is granted. The opinion of the Court of Appeals is vacated, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded to the District Court, Comanche County, Hon. Jack Brock, Judge, with directions to render judgment for the City of Lawton because the record fails to support the occurrence of any actionable wrong.
