Plaintiffs Shanesha Allen and Shakera Allen-White (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against Defendants Bloomingdale’s, Inc., Macy’s, Inc. and John Does 1-100 (collectively “Defendants”), alleging violations of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”), in connection with their termination of employment by Bloomingdale’s. This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ motion to compel arbitration and dismiss the complaint pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
