By an original proceeding in this Court, Ivory Reeves and others seek an order which in effect would require the county judge pro tem of Jefferson County to enter an order calling a local option election in a certain territory in Jefferson County which the petitioners designate as “Old Precinct No. 26.” Although the petition denominates the relief sought as an order of “prohibition,” in substance what is asked for is an order of mandamus, compelling the judge to call a particular election which he has refused to call.
