MEMORANDUM OPINION
POLLY S. HIGDON, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 involuntary petitioning creditors have filed a motion for sanctions under Bankruptcy Rule 9011, 28 U.S.C. § 1927 and 28 U.S.C. § 1912. The motion is directed at several attorneys and a client.
I. BACKGROUND
The original petitioners, Harold and Donna Markuson and Jeffrey Schultz, filed an involuntary Chapter 7 petition against Westin Capital Markets, Inc. (“the corporation” or “Westin”) on May 29, 1992.
