This is an appeal from an order of summary judgment dismissing the complaint of W. G. Platts, Inc., a Washington corporation, plaintiff (appellant), against Wes ley I. Wendt and Margaret E. Wendt, his wife, defendants (respondents). The background of this action is as follows:
