In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for waste, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), entered July 3, 1987, which denied its motion for partial summary judgment as to liability and granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint in its entirety, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated July 24, 1987, entered thereon.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
