Bell, Justice.
These two cases will be considered together. They arise out of litigation a part of which has been heretofore *817reviewed by this court. In the year 1933, by an order of the superior court of Bibb County, T. Ayer Hatcher and James N. Frazer were made receivers of the assets in Georgia of three foreign corporations, including the Public Indemnity Company and the International Beinsuranee Corporation. Many creditors intervened.
