This proceeding was brought by the appellee against appellants, the heirs at law of Charles B. Knowlton, to correct an alleged mistake in the description of real estate in a commissioner’s deed, and in the order-book entry where said deed was approved by the Cass Circuit Court. The complaint was in two paragraphs, and appellants’ demurrer to the same for want of facts was overruled. Appellants filed a cross-complaint, which was, on motion, stricken out.
