The only question involved in this suit is the proper construction to be placed upon a certain clause in a codicil to the will of Harry G-. Buxton, deceased. Between the time of making his will and the codicil, one of the beneficiaries, Mrs. Blanche Price, died, and he provided by his codicil that the share of his estate intended for her should go to her three children, Elise, Harry and Catherine Price.
