This case comes before the court pursuant to plaintiff’s petition for discovery, for an order allowing the taking of depositions and for inspection. An action of assumpsit was brought to recover the unpaid balance of the purchase price of an electric furnace used for manufacturing iron grinding balls. Defendant filed an answer to plaintiff’s complaint and set forth a counterclaim to which plaintiff replied.
