MEMORANDUM OPINION
PRENTICE H. MARSHALL, District Judge.
Before the court are defendants’ motions for summary judgment as to each of the three named plaintiffs in this securities fraud action. On February 6, 1984, we certified a class of plaintiffs on the claims contained in the complaint under § 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b) (1982). Grossman v. Waste Management, Inc., 100 F.R.D. 781 (N.D.Ill.1984).
