SHEPARD, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted appellant Jack Wads-worth of murder and burglary. He now appeals these convictions, asserting that the trial court erred when it refused his reckless homicide instruction. He also claims that the evidence was not sufficient to prove the "breaking" element of burglary. We affirm.

Facts and Procedural History
