Saunders and others, depositors in the Bank of Mecklenburg,, filed their bill in chancery against certain directors of the bank, in which they allege that the bank had suspended payment and was insolvent; that, owing to the carelessness, negligence, and utter disregard of their duties as directors, loans had been recklessly and improvidently made to insolvent corporations, firms, and individuals; that certain persons named had been allowed to overdraw their accounts, all of which acts of omission to perform their duties had inflicted great loss…
