This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Chesterfield county, dismissing a bill of complaint filed by the appellant asking for an injunction and other relief against the appellee.
The salient facts of the case are that the appellee is the owner of a tract of land containing about one hundred and six acres, known as “Forest Hill Park,” which is now situated within the corporate limits of the city of Richmond.
