It appears from the petition as amended, that, on November 8, 1949, in Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia, the defendant published in its daily newspaper the following article:

“ANOTHER $300,000 SUIT IS FILED IN RACE CASE
“Charging that they are victims of ‘members of a subversive organization’ who used ‘malicious abuse of civil process’ a former Clyattville couple involved in a dispute over their racial background filed another suit for $300,000 damages before U.
