Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Rumsey, J.), entered April 2, 2004 in Broome County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff is an anesthesiologist who was employed by defendant for over two decades until his contract was terminated on June 15, 2000. Defendant provides anesthesia services for all surgical procedures at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Broome County.
