— I fully concur with Henley, J., in the conclusion reached in his dissenting opinion. He has discussed, however, but three questions: (1) *509Does tlie law excuse an employer from the consequences of a wrongful act of an independent contractor? (2) Do the special findings sfiow that the parties employed to do the work were independent contractors?
