The defendant-appellant, Ricardo Casi-miro Rodriguez, appeals from a judgment entered on March 4, 2003, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Frederic Block, Judge), following a jury trial, convicting him of illegal reentry after deportation, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326, and of passport and visa fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1543 and 1546, respectively, and sentencing him principally to 63 months’ imprisonment.
