The defendant was convicted of the crime of having concealed upon his person a revolver without a written license therefor. At the close of the case for the people, and again at the close of the whole case, counsel for the defendant moved the court to dismiss the indictment and discharge the defendant on the ground that the people failed to make out a case in that (1), they had failed to show that the defendant was over sixteen years of age; and, (2), they had failed to show that the defendant had not a license to carry a revolver.(1) Upon the question of'the defendant’s age, the boy’s…
