Appeal from the Branch Appellate Court for the First District;—heard in that court on appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. R W. Clifford, Judge, presiding.

1Per curiam

This action of assumpsit was begun by appellee, against appellant, in the circuit court of Cook county. Judgment in that court was rendered for plaintiff on demurrer to the defendant’s pleas, and that judgment has been affirmed by the Appellate Court.

By amendments and withdrawals of counts in the declaration and pleas at the time of the rendition of the judgment in the circuit court, plaintiff’s declaration consisted of three special counts, to which the defendant filed eight special pleas in bar.
