STATE ex rel. OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION v. BRADLEY

{1 The Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA), brought a disciplinary action against the Respondent, Will Douglas Bradley, under the provisions of Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 0.8.2011, Ch. 1, App. 1-A. The OBA alleged Bradley committed specific acts constituting professional misconduct in violation of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct (ORPC), 5 0.8. Supp.2011, Ch. 1, App. 3-A and the RGDP. The OBA filed a Complaint with the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court on January 17, 2014. The Complaint asserted two Counts against Bradley.…
