1Opinion of the Court

KELSEY, Judge.

A jury convicted Gordon O’Neil Blackman of first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. On appeal, Blackman argues the trial court violated his Sixth Amendment rights under the Confrontation Clause by not granting a mistrial after a witness testified to statements made by Ryan Sullivan, a codefendant, that allegedly incrimi nated Blackman. We affirm Blackman’s conviction, finding no error in the trial court’s refusal to declare a mistrial.
