MEMORANDUM
COLLIER, District Judge.
The appellant, Dudley W. Taylor (“D.Taylor”), appeals from an Order of Relief 1 (Record 54) 2 entered on March 8, 1996 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee (Stair, C.J.). D. Taylor asserts error by the bankruptcy court in its (1) denial of appellant’s Motion to Dismiss the Involuntary Petition, (2) denial to appellant of a trial on the issue of whether Taylor and Associates, L.P.
