The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was informed against in the county court of Hughes county, charged with the crime of selling intoxicating liquor; the charging part of the information being as follows:
“That H. A. Saddler did, in Hughes county and the state of Oklahoma, on or about the 6th day of March, in the year of our Lord 1925, and anterior to the presentment hereof, commit the crime of selling intoxicating liquor in the manner and form as follows, to wit: That at the time and in the county and state aforesaid the said H.
