The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was charged by information with the crime of selling intoxicating liquors, the charging part of the information being:

“That in McIntosh county, in the state of Oklahoma, Henry Parker, alias Jew Henry, did on or about the 6th day of June, 1925, and anterior to the filing of the informa tion, commit the crime of violation of the prohibitory laws of the state of Oklahoma, in the manner and form as follows, to wit: That Henry Parker, alias Jew Henry, on the day and year aforesaid, in the county and state aforesaid, did willfully,…
