The defendant, Paul P. Schneider, has appealed from the order granting the motion for summary judgment of the plaintiff, Nationwide Insurance Company, in this declaratory judgment action which sought a determination as to whether or not the defendant insured was eligible for underinsured motorist coverage under an automobile insurance policy issued to him by the plaintiff.
