This is a suit by complainant, Prank IT. Miller, a real estate agent, of Bristol, Tennessee, to recover commissions alleged to be due and owing to complainant by the defendant, C. C. Bacon, growing out of the sale of defendant’s farm.
The suit resulted in a decree in favor of complainant for the sum of $475 with interest thereon, a total of $529.62. It appears from the record that on December 7, 1927, the defendant listed this farm with the complainant for sale under a written agreement.
