MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Graham Webb International Limited Partnership (“Graham Webb”) brings this action against Emporium Drug Mart, Inc. (“Drug Emporium”) claiming trademark infringement, unfair competition, damage to business reputation, and tortious interference with contract or prospective relations. The matter is before the Court on motion of Drug Emporium for summary judgment [doc. # 20]. Graham Webb has filed a response in opposition to the motion.
