This appeal is taken from the judgment in an adversary proceeding (the “Adversary Proceeding”) filed by Appellee Trustee David E. Grochocinski (the “Trustee”) in the underlying bankruptcy case of CMGT, Inc. (“CMGT” or the “Estate”).
