¶ 1. Edward Bruce Kelley, in his initial appeal, seeks review of the order of the Harrison County Chancery Court denying his motion for modification of his child support obligations. While awaiting a result in his initial appeal, Kelley was found in contempt and ordered to pay attorney’s fees in the chancery court. He now seeks review of the chancellor’s decision finding him in contempt and ordering him to pay attorney’s fees in the accompanying consolidated appeal.
