¶ 1. Elizabeth Jane Janssen (E.Jane) filed for divorce from her husband, Gregory Eugene Janssen (Greg) on August 4, 2000. Six years later, the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Harrison County entered a judgment of divorce and a division of marital assets. At issue in this appeal is an award of family heirlooms to E. Jane that allegedly were in the marital home where Greg still resided. After E.
