Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Mc-Grath, J.), entered October 6, 2014 in Albany County, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision enforcing the terms of petitioner’s conditional release.
