The appellants seek reversal of the district court’s order dismissing their complaints for failure to comply with the court’s discovery orders. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
In these consolidated actions, the plaintiffs seek damages from the defendants for injuries allegedly suffered from alleged exposure to radiation and other metal toxicity while employed at Tennessee Nuclear Spe-cialities, Inc. Plaintiffs claim that Aerojet owns TNS, that General Tire is the parent corporation of Aerojet, and that Union Carbide supplied the dangerous materials…
