Reversing.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Warren Circuit Court based on the verdict of a jury in the sum of $500 in favor of appellee, Miss Eunice Lewis, against the appellants, Lerman Brothers, a partnership ope rat ing a store in the City of Bowling Green. On Saturday night of August 14, 1937, Miss Lewis went into the appellants’ store for the alleged purpose of doing some shopping.
