Kirke Bartley, Jr., J.), rendered December 8, 2014, as amended July 18 and August 19, 2016, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree (two counts), assault in the second degree (two counts), and endangering the welfare of a child, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of 8 years, unanimously affirmed, without prejudice to further litigation relating to defendant’s sentence in accordance with this decision.
