Salisbury and Ruth F. Salisbury, his wife, specifically perform an alleged verbal agreement to convey certain lands described in the bill of complaint as follows, to-wit:

Lot three (3) of W. S. Smith's Re-plat of Block five (5) of Lakeside Sub-division, as per recorded plat thereof.
