FERGUSON, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff-Appellant Constance Graham (“Graham”) began work as Vice-President of Investments for The Balcor Company (“Balcor”) in March, 1984. At that time, Graham enrolled in Balcor’s employee benefits plan (“Plan”) as an eligible employee.
