{¶ 1} A homeowner who lost his home in foreclosure asks this court to set aside the trial court’s order confirming the sheriffs sale of the property. The homeowner argues that his property was located in both Butler and Warren counties and the mortgage company did not follow the law and provide the proper notice to others when it failed to file a certified copy of the foreclosure complaint in Warren County.
