MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HADEN, Chief Judge.

Pending are motions for summary judgment filed by defendants American National Red Cross (“ARC”) and Charleston Aea Medical Center (“CAMC”), and a motion for partial summary judgment filed by plaintiff. The Court concludes genuine issues of material fact exist which preclude summary judgment in favor of any party on any count of the complaint.
