This is a direct criminal appeal in which the appellant is challenging her conviction for illegal reentry into the United States as a previously removed alien. See 8 U.S.C. § 1326. Appellant Gabriela Cordova-Soto (“Cordova”) appeals the district court’s denial of her motion to dismiss the indictment, arguing that the order of removal, which formed the basis for the instant offense, was invalid.
