MEMORANDUM OPINION AND SCHEDULING ORDER

HADEN, District Judge.

Pending are the motions of all Defendants for summary judgment on all counts of Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint.' For reasons discussed below, the motions are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
