BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, Brenda Joyce Nash, a/k/a Brenda Joyce Collier, was convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-82-4421, of Obtaining Money by False Pretense, After Former Conviction of a Felony, was sentenced to twenty-two (22) years’ in prison, and she appeals.

The evidence presented by the State at trial established that on the afternoon of December 6, 1982, the appellant entered a Target store and purchased a stereo for $99.99 plus tax. She was given a receipt for her purchase. Later in the evening on the same day, the appellant re-entered…
