Jeffrey Browne was charged and convicted of two counts of first degree murder, four counts of attempted first degree murder, four counts of third degree assault, reckless endangerment, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and interference with an officer discharging his duties for his involvement in a shooting that occurred at a public housing community on Christmas morning in 2007.
