MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, Senior District Judge:
Class Counsel move for attorneys’ fees in this civil rights action. The claim is premised upon this Court’s opinion and order dated January 19, 2010, 679 F.Supp.2d 488 (S.D.N.Y.2010) (“the January 19 Opinion”), which identified the plaintiff class as the prevailing party on a sufficiently significant contested issue to justify an award of attorneys’ fees under 42 U.S.C. § 1988(b), payable by defendant City of New York.
