On May 3, 1886, B. C. Redlon filed his petition in error in the district court of Crawford county to vacate an order of the board of county commissioners of that county locating and opening a public highway. The petition in error alleged that the board of county commissioners had no jurisdiction of the matter set forth in the record, and that the petition for the road to the board was wholly insufficient to authorize the establishment of a public highway.
