Joseph Wolf, being the owner of the premises No. 3020 Nevada street, Philadelphia, and a stockholder of the Glenwood Mutual Building and Loan Association, in the month of January, 1889, borrowed of the association the sum of $1,400, for which amount he gave a mortgage upon the Nevada street property and assigned as collateral security seven shares of stock in the association.
