Appeal from. the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne county: Of January Term 1879, No. 185. Appeal of Early & Lane, James S. Barron & Co. and O. Howard Blood, from the decree of the court dismissing the exceptions to and confirming the report of the auditor] appointed to distribute the proceeds of the sheriff’s sale of the real estate of L. Schlesinger. The fund for distribution was realized from a sale upon a judgment of Blood, and amounted to $950. There were a number of judgment-liens upon the property sold, the first of which was one of the Wyoming Building and Loan Association for $1000.…
